Becky Davis

Becky is a native Tucsonian that has been happily married for over 20 years and is the mother of 2 beautiful young adults. Becky is a certified biblical counselor, specializing in women of all ages. Becky earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona and has over 20 years of teaching experience. She has been actively involved in leading women and children to Christ, since 2009. Becky has discipled many women through small groups, retreat coordinating and speaking. Becky has served in children’s ministry through preaching, coordinating and leading a curriculum writing team. Becky wrote a curriculum that was included in the 2018 Gospel Publishing House series of The League of Investigators: The Holy Spirit in Me.
Becky believes in the process of Biblical Counseling because it changed her life. While working with a Biblical Counselor Becky gained a brand new understanding of Scripture and saw God through a new lens. She built a personal relationship with Jesus and experienced complete freedom from the strongholds of this world. “When you live a new life of freedom and transformation, you can’t keep it to yourself. I am honored that I get to lead others into discovering The Answer.”

Linda Floyd
Linda FloydWomen (ages 18+)
Linda, a retired teacher, lives in Tucson with her husband and grandson. She received a BA degree from Spring Arbor College, majoring in English and education. She completed her Master’s degree in education at the U of A and earned an Associate degree from Fountain gate School of Revival. She and her husband, Jim, are leaders in Family Foundations International, a ministry focused on imparting the power of blessing in families, and providing ministry for wounded, hurting individuals who haven’t received that blessing. They are trainers in the ministry, training leaders to minister in the Jesus Wonderful Counselor process, and to develop local teams. The Floyds travelled extensively as FFI School of Ministry Directors in the USA, raising up ministry leaders in the USA and training leaders from other nations at FFI Schools of Ministry and Personal Transformation. Linda is involved in leadership in her church women’s group and in Fountain gate Revival Center, Tucson. She continues to have a heart for hurting people, especially women who struggle with not knowing who they are in Christ, held back by wounds and traumas from their past. She is convinced, based on the Word of God and her own experience, that freedom and hope are available, and that God does turn the curses from the past into the blessing that He intended for His beloved daughters and sons to experience.
Kelly Franco
Kelly FrancoGirls, Women (ages 10 – 25)
Kelly is a wife and mother of two teenage boys, one who attends the University of Arizona and the other in high school at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy. Kelly is a certified Biblical Counselor who earned her Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and Communications from the University of Oregon and received her Life Coaching certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Kelly is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest. Kelly has been informally mentoring and counseling teenagers for the past few years and has found a passion in doing so. Kelly believes our youth are the heart and soul of this broken world we live in and feels that with God’s love, support, and guidance, struggling adolescents can heal from their pains and find worth in their lives.

Teri McGee
Teri McGeeWomen (ages 18+)
Teri is a Certified Biblical Counselor who has been involved with women’s ministry for over 32 years. She spent most of her adult life in Washington State where she began her ministry in training and equipping women in God’s word, then moved to Tucson twelve years ago.
She has mentored and discipled women in their pursuit of Christ, led bible studies, as well as served on women’s ministry councils. She has served in prayer ministry at several churches and led small groups.
Teri has a passion for God and the truth of His Word. It is her desire that women know the character and attributes of God that will help set them free to become the women God has created them to be. She believes that no matter what has happened to us along the road of life, God not only has the answer, but He is the answer to all the trials, afflictions and pain we experience.
Teri recently retired, spending the last 36 years operating two business she had established and owned. She sees her retirement as a wonderful opportunity to spend even more time ministering to and with women.

Jamie is a certified Biblical Counselor who holds a Bachelors of Science in Special and Elementary Education. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Psychology in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Christian Counseling. Jamie also holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Personal Training, Holistic Nutrition, Healthy Eating for Weight loss, and Kinesiology. She is the host of Living Loved the Podcast which can be found on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Anchor. Jamie is a worship director and youth mentor and has over 10 years of experience of working with individuals with Autism and various intellectual and emotional disabilities. Jamie offers hope to those who have felt the impact of diagnoses and leads youth and young adults to finding their identity in Jesus.

Susan Rage
Susan RageWomen (ages 18+)
Susan is a wife of 26 years and mom to two adult daughters, ages 22 and 26. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Grand Valley State University and has worked in education for over 16 years. Susan loves to spend time with her family, reading and working out. She was led to become a bible counselor after going through bible counseling herself, bringing her into a relationship with Jesus that has transformed her life. She believes that everyone, no matter how hurt, can come to a place of healing in Christ. Susan has a heart for hurting people and describes bible counseling as “Broken people helping broken people come to a place of healing through God’s word and the Holy Spirit”

 Dawn Marie Shafe
Dawn Marie ShafeWomen, Young Adults (ages 18+)
Dawn Marie has been married for twenty three years, proud mom of four and five precious grandchildren. Dawn is a certified biblical counselor who has an affinity for helping women of all ages navigate relationships, find hope in abusive situations, break trauma cycles, and make their way out of darkness and into the light. In addition to being a biblical counselor, Dawn spent a number of years as the director of marketing for the large imaging company she owned, is a certified life coach, and is also a licensed real estate agent. She feels God has called her to counseling. Having been saved by biblical principles and a strong relationship with God, she has a heart to help others. Dawn strongly desires to lead women into a relationship with God, find healing in biblical truths, unlock their potential, and learn the freedom that comes from learning that where you are today isn’t where you have to stay. God never wastes a hurt. Together we can work through what you are going through and God can use this as a part of your story.

Kim Worcester

Kim is a Certified Biblical Counselor, an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist and a professional writer. She has her BA degree in Communication from Grand Canyon University and has been involved with women’s ministries, leading Bible studies and mentoring women for over twenty years. As a young girl, Kim was adopted, and she and her husband, Tom, have fostered and adopted children.
Kim and Tom were high school sweethearts and have been married since 1980. They have four daughters, four sons-in-love and fourteen grandchildren. Kim has a heart to help those who are hurting and struggling with their identity in Christ. Through God’s Word, Kim gently leads the thirsty to the Living Water, Who is the Answer.

Jessica Mims
Jessica MimsChildren (ages 3-12) Women 13+
Jessica is a certified Biblical Counselor who holds an Associates of Science in Clinical Research. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Religious Studies, with the long-term goal of achieving her Masters in Aging. From an early age the Lord instilled in her a heart of caring for others. She was a foster parent with Christian Family Care for over 7 years, and has raised eight children, birth and adopted. She has experience and training in Reactive Attachment disorder, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Jessica has served in the Children’s Ministry, as well teaching, coordinating, and leading children in prayer. Jessica serves alongside her husband in her local church as a small group leader and coach and is currently a Licensed Certified Nurse’s Assistant for Hospice. “Allen and I have the tools to get off the “crazy cycle” in marriage,” Jess says, “as well as knowing how to build your marriage from the ground up through God’s Word.”

Counseling sessions start at $85/hour. As a Christ-centered Biblical Counseling Center, insurance carriers will not cover our services. Consequently, we do not accept insurance for payment.
