Lt. Col. Jeff Waterbury lives in Tucson, Arizona, with his wife, Dr. Deb Waterbury. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Aeronautical Management. He has been a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force and the Arizona Air National Guard for 37 years before retiring in November, 2021. He and Dr. Deb have been in ministry together for the better part of their 37-year marriage, focusing on men, women, and marriage. Jeff has been counseling men for many years, as well as leading many bible studies and serving as an elder at his local church.

Juan is originally from California, but since 2005 he has considered Arizona as his second home. He currently lives in Tucson with his wife and children. Despite struggles as a youth, Juan has felt the Lord’s presence from a very young age and at the age of 21, dedicated his life to serving the Lord. This calling has manifested itself in various ways regarding his pursuits in education and ministry. Juan has a Bachelor’s in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical University of the Teresianum and a Master’s Degree in Sacred Scripture from Mount Angel Seminary. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership in Christian Ministry at Grand Canyon University. In addition, he is a certified biblical counselor with the Academy of Biblical Counseling. For the last 20 years, Juan has been blessed with the opportunity to serve men and women of all ages through education, pastoral counseling, youth and young adult ministry, marriage prep and counseling, as well as leading prayer groups. He looks forward to accompanying you in your journey of welcoming the Lord guided by Luke 24:15, “As they were talking and discussing, the Lord drew near and walked with them.”

Allen Mims grew up an Army brat, moving from place to place while growing up. He has been a Middle School teacher, as well as a high school football, basketball, and baseball coach. Allen currently works for Union Pacific Railroad as a Signal Maintainer, facilitating the movement of goods through the district and protecting trains and the traveling public. Allen was trained and certified as a Biblical counselor through the Academy of Biblical Counseling, now joining his wife, Jessica, in counseling married couples, as well as individual men on his own. Allen is a group leader at his local church, as well as a coach and mentor to other small group leaders. “I am amazed at our God and Saviors’ Faithfulness, Grace, and Mercy and how He works from inside of our hearts, then out into the world to help bring the Kingdom of God, healing, and love from heaven to the earth,” Allen says. “I am even more honored that He would let me be a part of that work here at The Answer.”
